We called Andrew as soon as we decided we were considering a move and told him that we were several months out but wanted to explore the idea. We had a very limited area we wished to reside in and some may say we have a picky taste. ;-) He immediately began sending us homes to look at which he believed we might be interested in. Within a few days, I had found the perfect new home for our family and called Andrew. He showed us the home the next day and that was it- I wanted that house and no other. For many buyers, the fact that the home we wanted already had multiple offers and that our purchase was going to be contingent on the sale of our home (a home that wasn't even yet listed) would be a problem.
