As a real estate agent, it's essential to regularly assess your professional growth and development. So, I have a question for you: Is the brokerage you're currently with truly helping you learn, grow, and scale your business, or do you simply like being there?

This isn't to suggest that enjoying your brokerage is a bad thing—far from it. However, it's important to ask yourself what you're getting from your brokerage beyond just a pleasant work environment. Are you receiving the training and resources needed to master contracts, discover innovative ways to generate leads, and increase your transaction volume?

If your answer is no, it might be time to reevaluate your situation. Liking your brokerage is great, but if you're not actively learning and growing as an agent, you may not be in the best place to advance your career.

Take a moment to reflect: Are you growing as an agent, or do you just like where you are? If it’s the latter, it might be time to consider making a change.
